Yoga is an effective way to push yourself toward living a healthy lifestyle. So, here celebrity trainer suggests some yoga poses to do.

Whenever you are string yoga, just need to add a yoga wheel, which allows you to perform difficult poses.

Puppy Pose

Puppy pose is an excellent pose to relieve tension in your shoulder, neck and upper arms.

Fish Pose

Regular practicing fish pose can give your hip flexors and tone your abdominals and neck.

Plank Pose

Plank pose is a great pose to master body coordination and balancing. It also engages core muscles.

Bow Pose

This yoga pose will strengthen your back muscles and hamstrings, while engaging your stomach.

Crescent Lunge Pose

This pose stretches your quadriceps & hip flexors. It also works your shoulders, torso, & chest.
