Malika is 48-years old; she talks Instagram and shares yoga poses that only take 30 seconds to care for your mental health, and to relax your mind and body.

Benefits of Palming Pose

She said, practicing the palming pose can help relieve stress and feel relaxed.

This pose relaxes up to 6 muscles, including your eyes, forehead. It also boosts blood circulation to the eyes area and reduces eye fatigue.

According to Ayurveda, these poses help relieve stress, improve the energy flow, relax the body and help you heal within.

Malika also said, practising yoga everyday can improve mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health.
