Chrissy started avoiding unhealthy and junk food, and started walking at least 20-30 minutes every day.
She made huge changes in her physical activity and improved her mental health. Chrissy Metz lost 100 pounds in 5 months.
Overall, Chrissy Metz achieved her goal and now she follows a healthy diet, regular exercises and living a healthy lifestyle.
